on resumes and job descriptions like everyone else, SubmitMAX puts the
emphasis on the "nuts and bolts" so to speak. Specific industry sectors,
position types, years of experience, education, compensation, geographic areas,
licenses, certifications, size of equipment, types of equipment, job functions,
technical skills, etc... Through variables/rules we establish for each
individual position type, SubmitMAX filters through every available
applicant comparing their detailed technical profile to every open job. In an
"apples to apples", side-by-side comparison, SubmitMAX begins narrowing
down which applicants potentially fit which jobs. Our staff then physically
reviews the potential applicants provided by SubmitMAX and determines
