Job Description:
Responsibilities: • Performs HVACR related controls installation/repair activities, start-up, commissioning and trouble-shooting for repairs and or newly installed Commercial HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration systems and components. Ensures automation system is properly installed and operating correctly. Candidate spends vast majority of time in the field performing these duties. Redeems customer commitments in a professional, high quality and timely manner. Responsible for complete customer satisfaction and call backs. Must provide all basic hand tools, gages, etc. Must have an active State of Texas--Registered Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician and or Contractor’s License. Qualifications: • Graduate of HVAC Trade School Program preferred • State of Texas--Registered Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician • EPA Universal 608 certified • Skilled in Testing / Trouble-shooting HVAC systems & components • Through understanding of / ability to determine sub-cool, superheat, Air Flow, etc. • Experienced in replacement of motors, compressors, coils, heat exchangers, etc. • Safety Oriented, NFPA 70E compliant • Good attitude, strong work ethic, team player • Good communication skills, both written and verbal (Strong command in English a must) • Must provide all basic hand tools, gages, etc. • Compensation commensurate with experience-negotiable • Must be authorized to work in the US • 5 years minimum experience a plus. • Must have the ability to service HVAC and/or Ice machines & Commercial Refrigeration • HVACR/Technician Installer • Commercial Refrigeration Experience a plus • Must own your own truck or van • EPA & State Registered a must • Willing to travel within a 100 Mile Radius from Downtown Houston • Complete work and leave customer’s area clean • Must wear our uniform & use our company’s signage on all calls • Sub-Contractor • Hours vary-negotiable, full or part-time, must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays • Available immediately • Drug free • Professional appearance • Sales Savvy • Must have an EPA Universal Refrigerant License • Must have a valid Driver License • Be drug and alcohol free
