Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties: -Report directly to the first call of the day unless otherwise dispatched. -Relocate from one job site to another job site as dispatched during the workday. -Debrief with dispatch at the end of every call, and at the end of the day before going home. -Complete electronic work orders after every call, recording all materials used on each job and obtaining a customer signature before leaving that site. -Turn in any receipts/paperwork obtained as needed -Complete quality work on or below budgeted labor hours assigned per job. -Make sure that customers are satisfied with services rendered before leaving - site. -Operate company vehicle as per company guidelines. -Keep entire work area neat and organized and free of scrap and debris, floor or fingerprints. -Inform and educate customers about any issues found while onsite. -Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through the company. -Inform customer of replacement options following company guidelines. -Perform planned maintenance on a wide variety of commercial systems -Complete service repairs as approved by the customer. -Perform the following technical duties: Advanced electrical and refrigerant principles. Service tools and testing devices Advanced troubleshooting techniques. Advance experience in presenting repair and replacement options. Air balancing principles and techniques. Calculate equipment efficiency and operation costs. Communicate clearly, the ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers. Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times. Other duties as assigned.
