BMS/Controls Technician
For more than 20 years, the EnviroNet Systems Team has established our company as premier building automation systems provider in the New York Metro Area. Our office is in West Nyack, NY. Our projects are principally in New York City.

We are seeking BMS Controls Technicians for immediate hire who are aligned with our mission.
Principal duties Include
• BMS startups and service
• Coordinating installation with electric subcontractors.
• Control panel fabrication
• Field mounting of control devices, terminations, check out, etc.
Applicant Background, Capabilities and Nature
• Strong commitment to yourself and your team, with a strong desire to succeed
• Strong customer relations communication skills- verbal and written
• HVAC systems and BMS controls installation and troubleshooting
• A working knowledge of Niagara AX and/or N4. Certification in either is a plus
• BACnet and Ethernet network troubleshooting
