Job Description:
HVAC Service Manager needed for our fast paced Service Department located in Gaithersburg. Great compensation. Medical, dental, vision, 401K w/match + lots more.
Looking for the following qualifications:
· 5+ years of supervising/managing a staff of about 15 service technicians as well as support other essential personnel in the company.
· HVAC knowledge or previous experience as a service technician
· Knowledge on rooftops, VAV systems, chillers, controls etc. to be able to advise/assist technicians while not actually being on site
· Problem solving mentality with attention to detail
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Duties would include, but not limited to, handling service quotes, tech support, purchasing and dispatch responsibilities of the service department. Great compensation & benefits package.
