Senica Air Conditioning, Inc. is an established residential, light commercial, replacement and new construction company looking for a full time dispatcher in our Spring Hill office (16640 Shady Hills Road, Spring Hill 34610). Visit our website at www.senicaair.com. Senica Air Conditioning is a drug-free company. Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug test and a background check (not a credit check). We are looking for a full-time dispatcher to: -answer incoming phones -schedule service calls -dispatch service calls -coordinate service technicians’ daily schedules -process paperwork -contact customers regarding their maintenance and extended warranty contracts (no cold calling) -assist walk-in customers -additional office duties as directed by management The ideal candidate must: -have HVAC dispatching experience or a relevant trade dispatching experience (do NOT apply if you do not meet this qualification) -be reliable -be able to multi-task efficiently -be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook -have excellent verbal and written communication skills -be able to work independently with little supervision -have excellent time management skills -be a team player Company benefits: -health, dental and vision insurance available -one week paid vacation after one year of full-time employment -paid sick time after one year of full-time employment -401k plan available after one year of full-time employment -six paid company holidays after 90-days of full-time employment Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break Pay rate: $15 per hour to start
