Job Description:
Sales person will be responsible for all aspects of sales activities including lead generation and equipment sales throughout the company territory. He/she will develop and implement agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. He/she will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Responsibilities: Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the company. Responsible for identifying and building revenue within companies abilities. Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials. Plan and conduct direct marketing activities. Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of our industry. Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models based on specific application, season and/or supply and demand. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and/or decision makers. Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of increased market share. Consult, make recommendations and sell to prospects the various products and services the company offers. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Gather and submit detailed proposals, pricing, and presentation of suggested products and services. Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and responses that identify prospects problems or needs, the effects of the needs, and solutions to their needs. Acquire long term service contracts to maximize customer loyalty and net worth of company. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees. Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking. Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory. Requirements 5+ years of experience in the commercial refrigeration/HVAC industry. Extensive experience in all aspects of all products and services. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work in where job prospects appear. Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
