Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced detail oriented Service Manager to take our organization to the next level. In this position, you will provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relations with our commercial clients. Majority of responsibilities include: * Delegate, monitor and service tasks. Guide the junior techs to ensure company policies and procedures are followed * Maintain and communicate excellent relations with our vendors and customers * Monitor employee work and provide progress reports to improve productivity and efficiency * Recruit, train and develop new employees. Schedule them appropriately based on their skill level * Work with dispatch to ensure maximum productivity * Manage, quote and follow up on leads An accomplished manager will have: • Ten years HVAC Management related experience • Works well under pressure • Excellent customer service and sales skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Organized, efficient, and results-driven
