Job Description:
Skills/Requirements: • Universal EPA Certification; HVAC technical training; additional education a plus • Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record for past 5-years. • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships…team player • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer service is our #1 priority • Willingness to learn or have experience in mobile work order systems (Tech-Tool) • Ability to work independently while generating sales leads • 4 – 8 years’ experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC equipment and systems • Chiller service experience; factory training and certification a plus • Critical cooling systems experience; factory training and certifications a plus • Boiler service experience and willingness to travel throughout Arizona • Experience in hydronic pump systems, applications, troubleshooting and start up • Service, troubleshoot, maintain and repair all types of applied and unitary HVAC systems • Perform maintenance service and after hours shutdowns when required • Provide after-hours on-call service with some flexibility (2-3 month rotation) • Safety conscious; training provided • Special Notes: • Company truck, phone, uniforms and refrigeration tools provided • In-house technical support and factory training provided • Paid holidays, benefits and PTO available after 90-days • 401K; Open shop • Top wages; DOE • Job Type: Full-time Qualification Questions You have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions: • How many years of HVAC experience do you have? • Do you have the following license or certification: EPA Universal Certification? • Have you completed the following level of education: High school or equivalent? • Are you willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations? • Are you authorized to work in the following country: United States Potential to do sales and grow into Service Manager position
